Chicago DUI lawyer says another golf cart DUI, even if it is the end of golf season

This Chicago DUI lawyer has posted on DUI's that involved "non-traditional" vehicles including toy bikes, motorized bar stools, and horsies . Now comes word that golf season maybe winding down but you can still get charged with a DUI on a golf cart.

An 18-year-old man arrested while driving a golf cart on the Route 309 bypass near Sellersville was heading to a campground several miles away, according to police.

Police say David G. Ruck, 18, was drunk when they stopped him around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday in West Rockhill Township. He was heading back to the Boulder Woods Campground in Milford Township from Souderton, a nearly 10-mile journey.

Pennridge Regional police charged Ruck with drunken driving, underage drinking and public drunkenness, and he was sent to Bucks County Prison under $500 bail.

Police are attempting to find the owner of the golf cart.
Did anyone else notice that they haven't charged him with theft of the golf cart? Let's be safe out there.
