Top Chicago DUI Cop Busted

As I indicated previously, there is reason to be suspect of all these heavy writing DUI cops, after all it is easier to go after the innocent than the guilty. I was in the Daley Center today and Top Chicago DUI Cop Joe Parker's cases were being dismissed by the Cook County Prosecutors. I am experiencing a strong case of deja vu all over again.
