Chicago DUI lawyer comments on the Halloween DUI costumed as a breathalyzer

This Chicago DUI lawyer has posted here, here, and here about peculiar DUI arrests. Now comes news of a kid charged with a DUI. It was Halloween night. He was dressed as a breathalyzer. He allegedly submitted to Breath Alcohol Testing. Surprisingly, he was over the legal limit.

November 2, Oxford, OH

How's this for irony?

An Ohio teenager who dressed up as a breathalyzer for Halloween has been charged with DUI.
He had a blood alcohol level of .15, which is nearly two times the legal limit.

Just a little free legal advice. If you think you are going to be out drinking and driving please don't dress as a DUI breath testing device.
