Chicago DUI attorney comments on her favorite words heard in court

This Chicago DUI attorney has posted here and here about the consequences of a DUI.  Today she heard some of the best words ever in court:

Assistant States Attorney:                Defense has shown me a clear and valid driver’s license.  Motion State S-O-L all charges your honor.

Judge:                                                Mr. Defendant, I don’t know how your lawyer did it.  You are a very fortunate young man.  You have a very good attorney.

Seriously, perhaps I should frame that transcript as fortification for another day’s

battle.
